  1. Program Structure
  • Each program includes scheduled consultations, follow-ups, and doctor-guided evaluations.
  • Plans are customized based on your health conditions and goals.
  • The duration of the program is fixed (e.g., 30 days, 45 days, 90 days).
  1. Rescheduling & Follow-Up Calls

To maintain structure and fairness:

Follow-up Call Policy

  • If a follow-up call is booked, you must attend on time.
  • If you cannot attend, you must inform at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • If you do NOT inform us OR you do not join within 1–2 hours of the call time:

➤ The session is marked as “completed.”

➤ The call will be pushed to the next week, based on availability.

Repeated no-shows may affect your program continuity.

  1. Program Hold / Pause
  • Programs generally cannot be paused.
  • If you need a temporary hold due to health or personal emergencies:

✔️ You must take a doctor consultation

✔️ The doctor will decide if the program can be paused and for how long

✔️ No extensions are guaranteed

  1. Communication
  • Primary communication happens via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Response time is typically within business hours.
  • Clients are expected to be respectful and cooperative.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All plans, PDFs, charts, recipes, and guidelines are our proprietary content.
  • They cannot be distributed, copied, or shared publicly.

REFUND POLICY

  1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for the program are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstance.

Because:

  • These are doctor-guided medical/nutrition programs.
  • Customized plans are created immediately after onboarding.
  • Your slot is blocked exclusively for you.
  1. Program Cancellation
  • Once enrolled, the program cannot be cancelled.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be given.
  1. Program Hold / Extension
  • Allowed only after doctor evaluation.
  • Approvals are case-by-case.
  • Extensions are not guaranteed.
  1. Missed Consultations
  • No refund for missed calls or follow-ups.
  • Unattended calls without prior notice will be counted as completed.
  1. Technical Issues

If there is an issue from our side (rare), we will reschedule, not refund.
