Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling of consultation sessions at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • Requests must be sent via email (samatvam.ind@gmail.com) or phone (8105844573).

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be provided only if the cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • No refunds will be issued for sessions missed without prior notice.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients can request to reschedule sessions, subject to availability.
  • Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Service Guarantee

  • Samatvam strives to provide high-quality consultation sessions.
  • Any technical issues during online sessions should be reported immediately to allow for rescheduling or resolution.
